Service Advisor

Erbil & Baghdad | BYD Iraq

Key Responsibilities:

 • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring high-quality service.

 • Receive and inspect vehicles, record notes, and return them accurately after service.

 • Update customers on completed work and confirm satisfaction.

 • Coordinate with the spare parts department for needed items.

 • Handle complaints and support solutions.

 • Keep service records and forms updated.

 • Promote services, maintenance contracts, or accessories when needed.

Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

 • Automotive technical experience.

 • Strong customer service and communication skills.

 • Proficiency in MS Office.
