We’re Hiring – Network Engineer

Orient Telecom is looking for a motivated Network Engineer to join our Network Operation & Technical Service team.

🔹 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

CCNA & MTCNA certifications.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Networking / Technical Support, preferably in an ISP environment.

Good knowledge of Cisco & MikroTik devices.

Good understanding of VLAN, Routing, OSPF, NAT & VPN.

Experience with network monitoring tools, preferably PRTG.

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain customer network equipment and services.

Ability to provide technical support for Enterprise, B2B & B2G customers.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to visit customer sites when required.

Willingness to work according to a Rotation / Shift system.

Full-time availability.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Monitor network devices and services through PRTG

Handle and troubleshoot customer network issues.

Maintain and configure Cisco & MikroTik equipment.

Provide technical support to Enterprise and Government customers.

Follow up on technical incidents and customer requests.

Perform field support and on-site troubleshooting when required.
