Small Village – Jors Hacos Projects is looking for talented and creative professionals to join its Marketing Team in Baghdad.

We are currently hiring for two exciting positions:

1. Content Creator

If you are creative, understand social media trends, and know how to turn ideas into engaging content, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms.

Create concepts, scripts, captions, and content ideas aligned with the brand.

Coordinate with the media team for photo and video production.

Follow social media trends and identify new content opportunities.

Ensure all published content reflects the company’s brand identity.

Support marketing campaigns with creative content and ideas.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Ability to work within deadlines and as part of a team.

1. Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and development of our marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Manage and monitor social media marketing activities.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Coordinate with content, media, and design teams to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

Develop ideas and recommendations to improve brand awareness and engagement.

Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company’s brand identity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.

Employment Details:

Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour, 14 Ramadan St.

Salary: 1,000,000 – 1,500,000 IQD

Gender: Female only

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6 days/week)
