We’re hiring: Customer Engagement & CRM Specialist

A great opportunity in Yarmouk – Baghdad for candidates with experience in telesales, call center, customer service, or sales.

📍 Location: Yarmouk – Baghdad

💰 Salary: 600,000 – 700,000 IQD

🕒 Schedule: 8 hours per day

📅 Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

Key focus areas:

• Customer follow-up and order tracking

• Reactivating inactive customers

• Handling inquiries and objections professionally

• Updating CRM records

• Preparing sales reports and following KPIs

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, good Excel knowledge, and the ability to work with sales targets. CRM experience.
