Position: Sales Executive Department: Digital Transformation
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to develop and grow UDT’s direct customer sales across Basra and Southern Iraq. The role will focus on building a qualified pipeline and closing opportunities across MPS, MDS, MSS, Production Printing, and Office Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business and manage direct end-customer accounts across Basra and Southern Iraq.
Achieve assigned territory sales and revenue targets.
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM.
Identify and close opportunities with enterprise, government, and SMB customers.
Build relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
Promote UDT’s five business lines and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout long sales cycles.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, office technology, or managed services.
Experience managing a regional or territory sales target is preferred.
Established business network in Basra; experience with oil & gas, ports, banking, or government accounts is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with managed-services models, CRM, and pipeline management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent Arabic and good English are required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable managing long sales cycles.
