Telesales & CRM Specialist

Flowercom is looking for an energetic and organized Telesales & CRM Specialist to join our sales team.

The role combines customer communication, telesales, follow-up, and customer data management.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers and generate orders.

Follow up with existing and inactive customers.

Reactivate customers and encourage repeat orders.

Handle customer inquiries and objections.

Record and update customer data, orders, and follow-ups.

Maintain an organized CRM/customer database.

Track sales activities and prepare basic reports using Excel.

Coordinate orders with the sales and delivery teams.

Requirements

Previous experience in Telesales, Call Center Sales, CRM, or Customer Service.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Clear and confident speaking voice.

Good knowledge of Excel and data management.

Organized, detail-oriented, and good at follow-up.
