Taxi Operations Lead

Erbil | WADE

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily taxi operations and service delivery.

- Manage driver performance, scheduling, attendance, and productivity.

- Monitor fleet availability, utilization, maintenance, and readiness.

- Coordinate dispatch and trip allocation.

- Track operational KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and transportation regulations.

- Resolve driver, customer, and operational issues.

- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.

- Drive improvements in efficiency, service quality, and cost control.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in taxi, fleet, transportation, or operations management.

- Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with fleet management, dispatch systems, and GPS tracking tools.

- Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office and operational systems.

- Good knowledge of local transportation regulations and safety requirements.

- Kurdish: Fluent | Arabic & English: Advanced.
