Position: First Line Manager – Dermo-Cosmetics
Region: Middle Euphrates (Babil, Najaf, Karbala, Diwaniyah, Wasit) & Southern Iraq
Company: Established company Leader in Dermo-Cosmetics
We are looking for an exceptional, driven First Line Manager to lead our field operations across the Middle Euphrates and Southern regions. This is a key leadership role within a well-established, highly reputable dermo-cosmetic organization.
We want to empower a proven leader or an ambitious, high-performing senior representative ready to step up and build a high-impact team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and direct the field force across target provinces to achieve strategic sales and distribution objectives.
Build, maintain, and leverage strong professional relationships with key dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and premier aesthetic/dermo-cosmetic centers.
Drive market penetration, monitor account performance, and execute high-standard promotional strategies.
Foster a constructive, target-oriented management mindset focused on sustainable growth.
Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Enforced):
Residency: Must be a resident of Babil, Najaf, or Karbala.
Dermo-Cosmetic Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in the dermo-cosmetic sector is an absolute prerequisite. CVs lacking this specific background will be immediately disregarded.
Direct Network & Access: Proven, active relationships and direct access to dermatologists and aesthetic centers across the Middle Euphrates and South. CVs without established medical/aesthetic connections will not be considered.
Background: Proven track record as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an exceptionally driven Medical/Dermo Representative ready for advancement.
