Medical Doctor Paid Internship (Baghdad, Babylon, Najaf, Basra)

Care Grid (caregr.id) is a UK-Iraqi HealthTech startup digitizing healthcare in Iraq. Our first product, Clinic Grid, helps private clinics manage patient records, queues, visits, and payments across Windows, Android, and iOS.

Our team is expanding and we're hiring sales interns for a 2-month, full-time program (8 hrs/day, 6 days/week) and a path for a permanent job. This program is built for medical doctors, your clinical background gives you a real edge in understanding how private clinics work and how to sell to them. You'll sell a real product into the Iraqi healthcare market with direct training from founders and sales experts with European business and technical experience. This is a direct path to a permanent, full-time role, strong performers will be hired at the end of the program.

Who you are

A medical doctor graduate required

Based in (Baghdad, Babylon , Najaf, Basra) and comfortable visiting clinics in person

Energetic, self-motivated, and interested in sales, startups, or HealthTech

What you'll do

Prospect and reach out to private clinics.

Join clinic visits, pitch the product, and support deal closing

Grow and manage the sales pipeline

Build relationships with doctors and clinic staff

Support onboarding of new clinics and share market feedback

Nice to have: prior sales, customer service, or medical rep experience; familiarity with CRM tools.
