We’re Hiring: Marketing & Social Media Manager

Location: Baghdad – Yarmouk Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role

Savana is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy with a strong focus on influencer-driven campaigns, branding, and offline event execution — driving user growth, retention, and repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall marketing strategy centered on influencer partnerships, branding, and offline events

• Build and manage relationships with local influencers and content creators, integrating them into broader marketing plans

• Design and execute influencer-led activations (launches, promotions, brand events) and measure their impact on acquisition and engagement

• Conduct local market research and user interviews to refine campaign and influencer targeting

• Track market and competitor trends, including competitor influencer activity

• Report campaign/event results to the General Manager to help shape future strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Sociology, or a related field

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• 3+ years of manager-level marketing experience, including hands-on influencer campaigns and/or offline events — e-commerce experience preferred

• Existing relationships with local influencers or agencies is a strong plus

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
