Marketing Manager

Al-Rusafa, Baghdad | Marina Group

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to expand market share and brand visibility.

Digital & Content Leadership: Oversee digital channels, performance analytics (SEO/PPC), and medically accurate content creation.

Events & PR: Lead medical conferences, product launches, and key opinion leader (KOL) relationship management.

Leadership & Budgeting: Mentor the internal marketing team and manage annual marketing budgets to optimize ROI.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's / Certifications a plus).

Experience: 3–5 years of marketing management experience (Healthcare, Pharma, or large-scale retail/distribution preferred).

Languages: Native/Fluent Arabic and professional proficiency in English.

Technical Skills: Strong background in Google Analytics, social ad managers, CRM platforms, and campaign tools.
