About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Head of Branches to lead and oversee the Bank’s branch network. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and performance of all branches, achieving business and financial targets, maintaining high customer service standards, strengthening operational controls, and ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and the regulations of the Central Bank of Iraq.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the banking sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge of branch banking operations.

• Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.

• Knowledge of deposits, financing, cards, transfers, digital banking, and customer account services.

• Knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, and customer due diligence requirements.
