Civil Site Engineer

Kirkuk | BACO Oil & Gas Construction

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site engineering

* Experience in Oil & Gas, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, or building projects is preferred

* Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision

* Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, method statements, and schedules

* Good knowledge of concrete, rebar, formwork, excavation, backfilling, and compaction

* Familiarity with construction quality and HSE requirements

* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

* Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction scheduling software is an advantage

* Candidates from Kirkuk or with strong local knowledge are highly preferred

* Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish is preferred, with working knowledge of English
