Are you a skilled sales negotiator with a passion for beauty and cosmetics? We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to scale our wholesale operations across salons, pharmacies, and specialty retail stores.

Location: Baghdad, Iraq

Type: Full-Time (On-site / Field Visits)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Beauty Sales Executive to drive field sales, acquire new B2B clients, and scale our wholesale operations across salons, spas, pharmacies, retail shops, and regional distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Field Sales Execution: Execute daily B2B sales activities to achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.

-Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B accounts across key beauty channels.

-Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships.

-Product Presentations: Present product portfolios, seasonal launches, and promotional offers to clients.

-Market Insights: Track local market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in Baghdad.

-Merchandising & Reporting: Ensure brand visibility at client locations and submit regular sales and field activity reports.

Requirements:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on B2B sales experience in cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, or FMCG in Iraq.

-Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, and an active field-sales mindset.

-Languages: Arabic & good proficiency in English.

-Mobility: Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct regular client field visits.
