Are you a strategic financial leader with deep expertise in Odoo ERP and corporate budgeting? A premier, rapidly expanding furniture group of companies in Baghdad is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to steer our financial operations and drive sustainable economic growth.

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the financial systems, overseeing capital structures, and leading the strategic budgeting process across our multiple corporate entities.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for the entire group of companies.

• Odoo ERP Optimization: Manage, audit, and leverage the Odoo financial modules to streamline accounting processes, inventory valuation, and multi-company reporting.

• Annual Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive annual budgets, providing detailed variance analysis to executive leadership.

• Financing & Capital Management: Evaluate funding requirements, manage relationship with banking partners, and secure optimal financing strategies to support retail and manufacturing expansion.

• Risk Management & Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.

🎯 Core Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive financial management experience, ideally within a multi-entity group, manufacturing, or large retail sector.

• Odoo ERP Mastery: Advanced, hands-on knowledge of Odoo is essential. You must be comfortable managing financial workflows and system implementations within this platform.

• Budgeting Expertise: Proven track record of building and managing complex annual corporate budgets from scratch.

• Financing Acumen: Strong background in corporate financing, credit facilities, and cash flow optimization.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA is highly preferred).

• Language: Fluency in Arabic; professional proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
