METCO is Hiring – Account Manager

METCO is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our Sales Team.

Location: Baghdad – Al Ameerat Street

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Sector: Banking and others

The role will focus on developing and managing business opportunities within the banking sector. We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong sales background and experience in banking.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is a must.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the banking sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Technical knowledge or experience is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience with or knowledge of the following solutions is highly preferred:

Avaya Contact Center (CC)

Rakuten CNP

Newgen BPM

Verint WFO
